Accredited Training Providers are officially recognized organizations by the Robot Framework Foundation that offer structured training programs for the Robot Framework® Certified Professional (RFCP®) exam. These providers ensure high-quality materials that have been reviewed by independent experts. While candidates can pursue training exclusively through these providers, obtaining the certification does not require course completion, allowing for flexibility in self-study. If you have prepared with an Accredited Training Provider, you can also complete your certification exam with them.

The Accreditation Process
To become an Accredited Training Provider, your organization must first be a member of the Robot Framework Foundation. Once a member, you’ll go through:
- A kick-off call for both business and technical stakeholders to align expectations
- A readiness review to help your trainers prepare for accreditation
- A formal 4-hour accreditation session with two independent reviewers and a Foundation representative
- A final approval confirming your course meets our high-quality standards The full process typically takes 3–6 months, and spaces are limited for each cycle.
Accreditation Fees
- RFCP training accreditation fee: 1,000 € (one-time)
- Additional session (if needed): 500 €
- Annual listing fee: 1,000 € per year Providers who support the accreditation of new partners may receive credit reductions on their annual fee.
